- Kappa (Tapioca) – 1 Kg
- Beef – 500 gm
- 2 Onions Sliced
- 2 Tomatoes Diced
- 3 Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tbsp Unifolks Chicken Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Unifolks Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Unifolks Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Unifolks Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Salt to Taste
- Curry Leaves
Preparation Method
Step 1
Clean and cut the beef into small cubes, Marinate with Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, curry leaves, coriander powder , 1 sliced onion, salt and keep aside
Step 2
Cook the kappa until it becomes soft and tender and add a pinch of turmeric and salt. Drain the water.
Step 3
Cook the beef that has been marinated until it is tender.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard seeds.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, Unifolks chicken masala, green chilies, and curry leaves after sauteing the onions till they are golden. Add the stock and the boiled meat.
Step 6
Add the pre cooked tapioca and mix for four to five minutes. Garnish with curry leaves.
